Our focus is firmly on delivering excellence for our clients — consistently producing high-quality work, on time and to specification is a given. Beyond delivery, we are committed to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce time and cost, and enhance speed to market while maximising return on investment.
Our in-depth understanding of retail environments, including individual retailer processes and POS guidelines, enables us to minimise client time investment and ensure seamless project execution.
FERO is proud to be the only large-format POS producer to be B Corp certified, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of ethics, sustainability, and social responsibility.

FERO has large-format digital and litho printing in-house. Our shift patterns allow us to extend to weekends and nights as required. We currently operate with 30% latent capacity to manage peaks in demand and respond to last-minute opportunities our clients have in retail. As we grow, our CapEx plan adapts to maintain this level of latency.

WORKX is our online POS management application. We created WORKX solely with the aim of making the management of POS projects easy for everyone involved in the process, from the budget owner to third party agencies and logistics providers. It drives automated project creation, and flexible and collaborative campaign management.

Since the acquisition of the business in April 2019, substantial investment has been made to support continued growth and to ensure we consistently meet the evolving requirements of our clients. To date, over £5 million has been invested, including the acquisition of the Nozomi 1800+ LED Display Graphics press, and additional automation technologies designed to streamline operations and minimise the potential for human error. For example, FERO collaborated exclusively with Lamina to develop the first semi-automatic packing line. The machine automatically glues and seals outer boxes at speed, automating a labour heavy process by using hot melt glue to seal packaging.
We have also continued to enhance our proprietary online POS management platform, WORKX, which enables seamless collaboration with clients and drives the automation of key POS processes. This not only reduces the risk of error and accelerates speed to market but also provides valuable data insights to identify trends and inform ongoing improvement initiatives.
FERO has a proven PIP Innovation Framework, built around three core pillars: Product, Insight, and Process. At the heart of this framework is a focus on people—aiming to save time, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing.
